WHO ARE WE?:

  • We are a small Canadian business based in Langley, British Columbia, proudly owned and operated by a crabby GenX Mom...Get Off My Lawn! 
  • We respectfully acknowledge that we are blessed to operate on the traditional unceded territory of the q̓ic̓əy̓ (Katzie), qw̓ ɑ:nƛ̓ ə̓ n̓ (Kwantlen), Mathxwí (Matsqui), and SEMYOME (Semiahmoo) First Nations.

 

SHIPPING:

  • All orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days of placing the order.
  • Shipping within Canada is a flat rate of $9.99 CAD and usually takes between 3 and 7 business days to arrive.
  • Shipping to the USA is a flat rate of $9.99 USD and usually takes between 3 and 7 business days to arrive dependent on customs clearance. 
  • We DO ship to post office boxes through Canada Post/US Postal Service.

 

RETURNS: 

  • We DO NOT offer Returns or Refunds at all. If there has been an error with your order please contact us at Returns@FeralChildCandy.com making sure to include the order number, item, and an explanation of the problem and we will contact you to see if we can rectify the issue. We will always strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase as your satisfaction is important to us.

 

VEGAN NOTATIONS:

  • We have done our best to confirm that the items which we have indicated are Vegan friendly ARE Vegan, but because product ingredients may change, and human error may occur, we are not able to offer guarantees. We are, however, always happy to supply information as to the ingredients of any products and are working to get photos added of ingredient listings.
